If you need to book, cancel or change a hospital appointment you should contact the hospital.
Telephone the Referral Service
You can also phone the NHS e-Referral Service line on 0345 608 8888 (open Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm, and on weekends and bank holidays from 8am to 4pm).
Use NHS e-Referral online
You can also use the ‘NHS e-Referral’ system, to book cancel or change your appointment. It’s fast, convenient and secure.
Waiting Times
We have no control over wait times at hospital services.
